Bellini

Combine 1 part Stirrings Peach Bellini Mixer with 4 parts chilled Giovello Prosecco in a Champagne flute that has been rimmed with Stirrings Bellini Rimmer. This delicious and refreshing drink was originally created at the famed Harry's Bar in Venice, Italy.

Mimosa

Fill Champagne flute ¾ with Brut Champagne or sparkling wine and top with orange juice. Try it with Rotari Arte Italiano Brut.

Kir

½ oz Crème de Cassis
Fill with dry white wine (such as Amphibolite Nature Muscadet Sevre et Maine or Kris Pinot Grigio)
Garnish wine glass with lemon twist.

In a Champagne flute:

½ tsp Sugar or 1 Sugar Cube
2 dashes of Bitters
Fill with Brut Champagne.
Garnish with Lemon or Orange Twist.

Black Velvet

Fill glass ½ with Guinness Stout
Fill glass ½ with Champagne (such as Chandon Brut)
